Five Spice Crunchy Edamame
Crispy on the outsideand slightly tender on the inside, these snackable bites deliver a healthy doseof fibre, vitamins and minerals.

- 1 cup ready-to-eat edamame shelled
- ¾ tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, toss edamame in sesame oil.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Shake.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Shake.
- Cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Transfer to a small bowl and toss with five spice powder and salt.
- Let cool and serve.
