Fruit Harvest Salad
I love making this salad with my young daughter. Those who watch their sugar will be happy to know calorie-free sweeteners work just as well!
Equipment

- 32- oz. container vanilla yogurt
- 8- oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
- ½ c. sugar
- ¼ c. plus 1/3 c. brown sugar packed and divided
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 lb. seedless green grapes
- 1 lb. seedless red grapes
- 2 Gala apples cored and diced
- 2 Granny Smith apples cored and diced
- ½ c. sliced almonds
- ⅓ c. sweetened dried cranberries
- 15- oz. can mandarin oranges drained
Optional:
- whipped cream
Instructies
- In a blender on medium speed, mix yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl.
- Stir in sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar and vanilla.
- Add grapes, apples and almonds; toss until coated.
- Cover and refrigerate one hour.
- Uncover and smooth top of salad.
- Top with cranberries, oranges and whipped cream, if using.
- Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
