Ingrediënten
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa or 3 squares unsweetened baker’s chocolate
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructies
- Combine cocoa, sugar, milk, syrup, and salt in heavy saucepan.
- Cook to soft ball stage (236°—when small amount of mixture dropped in cold water forms a soft ball).
- Cool slightly and add butter and vanilla.
- Immediately pour into buttered pan.
- Allow to harden.
- Cut into squares.
