Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 10 g ground coriander
  • tablespoons 15 g ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom or 1 black cardamom pod
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon white peppercorns
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed chile pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a coffee grinder.
