For the Ribeye:
- 1 ½ pounds ribeye bone-in
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
For the Garlic Mayo:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the ribeye steak and rub softened butter evenly over all sides.
- Season the steak with salt, black pepper, dill, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground coriander.
- Place the steak in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- While the steak cooks, prepare the garlic mayo by mixing mayonnaise and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve the ribeye hot, accompanied by the chilled garlic mayo.
