Preheat oven to 2500 F and then turn it off.
Next, brush a 10-inch skillet with 1 tsp olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine water + sugar + yeast + salt.
Stir for 5
minutes or at least the sugar and salt dissolves.
Add in 2 tbsp of olive oil and continue mixing.
Transfer the dough onto a flour-dusted surface and shape into a ball.
Using your fingers, press the dough into the oiled skillet, ensuring it covers all sides.
Cover with a dry kitchen towel and place the skillet in the warm oven for 30 minutes.
Next, remove the skillet from the oven and step up the heat to 4000 F.
Mix the melted butter + parmesan + garlic + seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush the dough with half of the butter mixture.
Indent the dough with your fingers and brush with the melted butter mixture.
Place the skillet in preheated oven and continue baking 20 minutes.
Once ready, brush with the remaining butter, allow it to cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
