Garlicky Barbecue Sauce

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructies

  • Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Bring it to a boil and simmer in low for 20 minutes.
