Ingredients

  • ½ cup 120 ml soy sauce or tamari
  • ¼ cup 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup 60 g Dijon or brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons 13 g freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the soy sauce (or tamari), olive oil, mustard, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour over your favorite protein (tofu, tempeh, seitan) or vegetables to marinate.
  • Let the protein marinate for a few hours, then grill or bake as desired.
