Ginger Creams
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¾ cup molasses
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup hot water
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructies
- Mix in order given.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
- Frost with icing of 2 cups sifter powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 3-4 tablespoons cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla
