Ginger Flavored Pork Goulash

- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Pork loin boneless, 1-inch cubes: 2 ½ pounds
- Chopped onions: 2
- Minced garlic: 1 clove
- Paprika: 2 tablespoons
- Dried dill: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Beef broth: 10 ounces divided
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream: ½ cup
Instructies
- Melt butter in one skillet over medium flame and add onion, garlic, and pork.
- Sauté only 5 minutes and mix in pepper, salt, dill, and paprika.
- Keep two tablespoons of broth aside and combine remaining broth in pork mixture.
- Decrease heat and cover skillet to simmer the beef mixture for almost 20 minutes over low.
- Take one small bowl and whisk cornstarch and beef broth in this bowl.
- Pour this mixture into skillet and mix well to make the sauce thick.
- Slowly mix cream and cook to warm through.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
