Glazed Pistachios

Ingrediënten

  • ½ cup raw pistachios shelled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructies

  • Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pistachios.
  • Sprinkle in the sugar and toss with the pistachios to coat, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.
  • When sugar begins to caramelize add water and stir until sugar liquefies and coats pistachios.
  • Transfer nuts to a piece of foil or parchment to cool.
