Gluten-Free Air Fryer Chicken Fried Rice

Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • 8 fluid ounces fully cooked cubed chicken breast
  • 4 cups cold cooked white rice
  • 2 fluid ounces white onion cubed
  • 2 fluid ounces celery cubed
  • 2 fluid ounces carrot cubed
  • 4 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • Cooking spray coconut oil spray

Instructies

  • Line the Air-fryer basket with aluminum foil, ensuring not to cover the entire basket to allow air to flow.
  • Roll up the foil on the sides if needed.
  • Spray the foil with coconut oil spray.
  • Add all ingredients in order on top of the foil in the Air-fryer basket.
  • Stir to combine and add a generous coat of coconut oil spray to the top of the mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  • Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
  • Open the air fryer and stir up the rice and mixture again, adding an extra coat of spray or soy sauce for flavor.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
  • Once done, remove the gluten-free chicken fried rice from the air fryer and serve hot.
