Gluten-Free Air Fryer Chicken Fried Rice

- 8 fluid ounces fully cooked cubed chicken breast
- 4 cups cold cooked white rice
- 2 fluid ounces white onion cubed
- 2 fluid ounces celery cubed
- 2 fluid ounces carrot cubed
- 4 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- Cooking spray coconut oil spray
Instructies
- Line the Air-fryer basket with aluminum foil, ensuring not to cover the entire basket to allow air to flow.
- Roll up the foil on the sides if needed.
- Spray the foil with coconut oil spray.
- Add all ingredients in order on top of the foil in the Air-fryer basket.
- Stir to combine and add a generous coat of coconut oil spray to the top of the mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
- Open the air fryer and stir up the rice and mixture again, adding an extra coat of spray or soy sauce for flavor.
- Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
- Once done, remove the gluten-free chicken fried rice from the air fryer and serve hot.
