Goulash with Ground Meat

Use ground meat with carrot and potatoes to make delicious goulash.

Ingrediënten

  • Ground beef: 2 pounds
  • Ketchup: 1/3 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onions: 2 cups
  • Crushed garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Red or yellow bell pepper: 1 cup
  • Paprika: 1 ½ teaspoons
  • Beef broth: 14.5 ounces
  • Hot tabasco sauce: 1 dash
  • Quarter and peeled potatoes: 4
  • Salt: to taste
  • Sliced carrots: 1 cup

Instructies

  • Heat one large skillet on medium heat.
  • Cook onion, bell pepper and beef in hot skillet for almost 7 – 10 minutes to make them brown.
  • Discard extra grease.
  • Transfer whole beef mixture into your slow cooker and add salt, hot sauce, paprika, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and carrots, potatoes, and beef broth in slow cooker.
  • Mix well to submerge potatoes in the liquid.
  • Cover lid and cook beef on low setting for almost 4 hours.
