Gourmet Goulash
Gourmet Goulash
A unique combination of ground beef and grated parmesan. Serve for lunch or dinner.
Ingrediënten
- orned beef: 12 ounces
- Raw elbow macaroni: 3 cups
- Tomato soup: 10.75 ounces
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup: 1/3 cup
- Chopped onion: 1
- Ground black pepper and salt: to taste
- Minced garlic: 2 cloves
- Chopped green bell pepper: 1 small
- Parmesan shredded cheese: 1 cup
Instructies
- Fill a pot with salted water and let this water rolling boil over high flame.
- Once it starts boiling, mix in macaroni and return it to boil.
- Stir occasionally and cook pasta without covering this pan.
- It may take almost 8 minutes.
- Drain well in your colander set.
- Take a large pot and heat olive oil in this pot over medium flame.
- Cook garlic and onion for almost 5 minutes, until soft.
- Mix in green pepper and cook for almost 8 minutes to tender.
- Mash corned beef in a pot and simmer for a few minutes until hot.
- Stir in ketchup, tomato, cooked macaroni, black pepper and salt.
- Mix well to combine.
- Simmer this blend over medium heat.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on hot goulash and serve.
