Greek Steak Bowls

- 1 large continental cucumber diced
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes cored, seeded and diced
- ¾ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
- 5 kalamata olives pitted and halved
- ¼ cup fetta cheese crumbled
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 340 gram strip steak
Instructies
- Combine cucumber, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar and olive oil in a medium bowl.
- Toss in olives and fetta.
- Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
- Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine oregano, dill, cinnamon, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Season steak with mixture.
- Place steak in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then flip steak and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice against the grain and distribute between two medium bowls.
- Top with cucumber mixture and serve.
