  • 1 large continental cucumber diced
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes cored, seeded and diced
  • ¾ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
  • 5 kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • ¼ cup fetta cheese crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 340 gram strip steak

Instructies

  • Combine cucumber, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar and olive oil in a medium bowl.
  • Toss in olives and fetta.
  • Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
  • Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine oregano, dill, cinnamon, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Season steak with mixture.
  • Place steak in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then flip steak and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  • Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice against the grain and distribute between two medium bowls.
  • Top with cucumber mixture and serve.
