This rolled oats and almond butter combination keeps you feeling full until the next meal.
Ingrediënten
- 2 cups of fresh kale
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups berries frozen
- 1 banana peeled, chopped, and frozen
- 2 tbsp. of almond butter
- ¼ cup of rolled oats
Instructies
- Blend the kale, almond and the rolled oats until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
