Ingrediënten

  • 2 cups of fresh kale
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups berries frozen
  • 1 banana peeled, chopped, and frozen
  • 2 tbsp. of almond butter
  • ¼ cup of rolled oats

Instructies

  • Blend the kale, almond and the rolled oats until smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
