Green smoothie bowl with kiwi
Ingrediënten
- 1 ½ kiwi fruit
- 60 g baby spinach
- ½ banana
- 200 g baby pineapple
- 1 stalk of lemon balm
- ½ orange
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 125 g of natural yoghurt 1,5 % fat
- ½ tbsp honey
- 75 ml of milk 1.5 % fat
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- ½ tbsp raisins
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
Instructies
- Peel the kiwifruit, cut half into thin slices and set aside for the garnish.
- Put the rest of the kiwi in the blender.
- Wash the spinach and spin dry.
- Peel the orange and banana and cut into pieces.
- Drizzle the banana with lemon juice.
- Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and also cut into pieces.
- Add the spinach, fruit, yoghurt, honey and milk to the kiwis in the blender and puree.
- Wash lemon balm, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
- Serve immediately garnished with oat flakes, raisins, pine nuts, kiwi slices and lemon balm leaves.
