- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 green pepper sliced into 2-inch pieces
- 1 sweet onion cut into wedges
- 1 red pepper sliced into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 4 to 6 skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructies
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the chicken, green pepper, onion, and red pepper onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Place the skewers on a lightly oiled grill or grill pan.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning and brushing with barbecue sauce frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Ensure that the chicken juices run clear to indicate doneness.
- Serve the grilled BBQ chicken skewers hot, with extra barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
