Grilled Chile-Rubbed Steaks With Tex-Mex Sauce
This Southwestern combo is fancy enough for company and quick enough for a weeknight.

1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 1-inch-thick rib-eye steaks
- Tex-Mex Sauce
Instructies
- Combine first 4 ingredients; rub seasoning mixture on both sides of steaks.
- Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
