- For the London Broil:
- 2 pounds London broil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Sea salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructies
- In a mixing bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, rice vinegar, and molasses to prepare the marinade.
- Add the London broil to the bowl, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spritz the grill pan with cooking oil.
- Place the marinated London broil on the grill pan and cook for 18 minutes.
- Turn the London broil over and top with tomato paste, sea salt, black pepper, and mustard.
- Continue grilling for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the Air Fryer, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
