Guacamole Hummus
What better way to upgrade hummus than to infuse it with avocado? We feel you’re salivating already.
Ingrediënten
Serves: 4
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 small avocados pitted and peeled
- 1 jalapeno pepper or to taste sliced
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves + extra for garnish ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil for serving
Instructies
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour guacamole into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with cilantro leaves.
- Serve.
