Ingrediënten
- 2 pounds Chicken wings can use up to 3 lbs
- 1 ½ teaspoons Salt
- 7 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 20 milliliters Garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Green onions chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructies
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and chicken.
- Add the chicken wings to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally to coat evenly.
- Heat oil for deep-frying in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Deep-fry the chicken wings in batches until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- Sprinkle the crispy garlic chicken wings with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately as a flavorful appetizer.
