Herb-Crusted Pork Leg with Sweet Onions

- 2 pounds pork leg roast scored
- 1 pound candy onions peeled
- 2 chili peppers minced
- 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
Instructies
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Mix the rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and sesame oil to form a seasoning mixture.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the scored pork leg.
- Place the pork leg in the air fryer basket and cook for 40 minutes.
- Add the candy onions, minced chili peppers, and chopped garlic to the air fryer.
- Cook for an additional 12 minutes until the onions are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Slice the pork leg roast and arrange on a serving platter.
- Spoon the pan juices over the meat and serve with the candy onions.
