Homemade Caramel Sauce
Ingrediënten
Makes 1 cup.
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- ½ cup corn syrup
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
Instructies
- Melt margarine.
- Stir in brown sugar and syrup.
- Bring to a boil; cook until dissolved, about 1
- minute, stirring constantly.
- Stir in ice cream.
- Return to boil.
- Remove from heat.
