Instructies
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, combine the hulled and crushed strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Cook the mixture, stirring often, until the strawberries soften and the mixture thickens, which takes about 10 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in vanilla extract if using.
- Allow the strawberry jam to cool.
