Hot Reuben Dip
This recipe takes the traditional Reuben sandwich flavours and combines them into one seriously addictive dip. Serve with your favourite vegetables for dipping.

- 230 grams cream cheese room temperature
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped deli corned beef
- 1 cup drained sauerkraut
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese divided
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until combined.
- Add corned beef, sauerkraut, ½ cup Swiss cheese and caraway seeds.
- Spoon mixture into an ungreased 15cm oven-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Place dish in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
