Impossibly easy chicken pot pie
Ingrediënten
- 1⅔ cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 can 10¾ oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Original Bisquick mix
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructies
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- In ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate, mix vegetables, chicken and soup.
- In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients with fork until blended.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Quick Variation:
If you like, add a bit of herb flavor by stirring ½ teaspoon of your favorite dried herb into the veggie mixture. Oregano, basil, thyme and dill weed are all great choices.
Make it ahead :
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. You may need to bake a bit longer than the recipe directs since you’ll be starting with a cold pie. Watch carefully for doneness.
