Ingredients
- 5 cups Trader Joe’s marinara sauce and water combined
- 1 ½ cups great northern beans cooked
- 1 cup wheat berries
- 6 small potatoes halved
- 1 large onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 5 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3 teaspoons turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 green peppers chopped
Instructions
- Prepare all the vegetables by washing, peeling, and chopping as needed.
- Add all the ingredients to the crockpot, layering them evenly.
- Stir the mixture gently to combine all the ingredients.
