Italian Sausage and Spinach Bowtie Pasta

- 6 hot Italian pork sausage links sliced into thirds
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 cans 15 ounces each cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 10- ounce package fresh spinach
- Garlic powder and dried basil to taste
- 12- ounce package bowtie pasta cooked
Instructies
- In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook sausage until browned on all sides and no longer pink in the center.
- Stir in chopped tomato and simmer until the tomato is soft, stirring occasionally.
- Add cannellini beans and seasonings; heat through.
- Fold in fresh spinach, cover, and simmer until spinach is wilted, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in cooked bowtie pasta, tossing to mix and heat through.
- Adjust seasonings if needed and serve hot.
