Jalapeño Popper Bites

These are so tasty! Theflavours meld together, and the air fryer crisps these bites up to perfection.And you’ll never even know the carb-filled potatoes are missing.

  • ¾ cup riced cauliflower
  • 2 medium jalapeños seeded and minced
  • 1 large egg
  • cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 28 grams cream cheese room temperature
  • ¾ tablespoon peeled and grated brown onion
  • cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Form into 12 rectangular mounds (about 1 tablespoon each).
  • Cut a piece of baking paper to fit bottom of air fryer basket.
  • Place six pieces on baking paper in basket.
  • Cook for 9 minutes.
  • Transfer to a medium serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining pieces.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
