Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb loin chops bone-in, trimmed, about 85 g each
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp za’atar
  • 1 ÂĽ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ fresh lemon juiced
  • Fresh black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Rub the lamb chops with olive oil and crushed garlic.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over both sides of the lamb.
  • Season generously with salt, za’atar, and black pepper.
  • For the Airfryer:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 4 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until desired doneness is reached.

For the Grill or Broiler:

  • Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes per side until they reach your preferred doneness.
  • Alternatively, broil on the oven’s top rack for 4 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat and let the lamb rest for a few minutes before serving.
