Za’atar-Spiced Lamb Chops
Juicy, flavorful lamb chops infused with za’atar, garlic, and fresh lemon, cooked to perfection in the air fryer or on the grill for a quick and aromatic dish.

Ingredients
- 8 lamb loin chops bone-in, trimmed, about 85 g each
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp za’atar
- 1 ÂĽ tsp salt
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ fresh lemon juiced
- Fresh black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub the lamb chops with olive oil and crushed garlic.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over both sides of the lamb.
- Season generously with salt, za’atar, and black pepper.
- For the Airfryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until desired doneness is reached.
For the Grill or Broiler:
- Heat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes per side until they reach your preferred doneness.
- Alternatively, broil on the oven’s top rack for 4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and let the lamb rest for a few minutes before serving.
