Layered Vegetable Salad With Parmesan Dressing

Ingrediënten

  • Makes 8 to 10 servings / Prep: 10 min. Chill: 8 hrs.
  • 1 8-ounce package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 10-ounce package shredded carrot
  • 5 small yellow squash sliced
  • 2 large red bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 green onions sliced (optional)
  • Parmesan Dressing

Instructies

  • Layer half each of first 5 ingredients and, if desired, green onions in a 3-quart glass bowl.
  • Spread half of Parmesan Dressing over top; repeat layers.
  • Cover and chill 8 hours.
