  • 6 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower
  • 1 package frozen artichokes
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructies

  • Place chicken in slow cooker and add lemon juice, chicken broth, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  • Add cauliflower and artichokes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour and heavy cream, then pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.
