- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- ½ cup half and half cream
- ½ cup less-fat sour cream
- 6 lightly beaten eggs
- 4 cups thawed frozen tater tots
- ¾ cup Canadian bacon ½-inch strips
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add canola oil.
- Sauté chopped onions until softened, about 4 minutes.
- Add Canadian bacon to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, approximately 2 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Place thawed tater tots in the bottom of a greased 11×7-inch baking dish.

- Mix well.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the tater tots and bacon in the baking dish.
