Louisiana Sausage Sandwiches
After working the county fair one yearwith a friend, I learned how to make these sandwiches like a pro!

- 19.76- oz. pkg. Italian pork sausage links
- 1 green pepper sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1 onion sliced into bite-size pieces
- 8- oz. can tomato sauce
- ⅛ t. pepper
- 6 hoagie rolls split
Instructies
- In a large skillet, brown sausage links over medium heat.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices; place in a slow cooker.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except rolls.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
- Spoon
- into rolls with a slotted spoon.
