Ingrediënten

  • ½ cup of ground flax seed meal
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs oil or melted butter
  • 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup of cream

Instructies

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • You may need to add a little water to thin.
  • Fry as you would regular pancakes
