Ingrediënten

Ingredients for 10–12 Servings

  • 1 cup 250 ml Orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • cup 80 ml Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • cup 150 g Granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup 50 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp 4 cl Cointreau
  • 3 tbsp 4 cl Brown rum
  • Lime peel cut into fine strips

Instructies

  • Boil the water with the granulated sugar to make a thick syrup
  • Mix with the other ingredients and place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
