Mango smoothie bowl with kiwi
Ingrediënten
- ½ mango
- ¼ yellow pepper
- ½ lemon
- 50 ml of orange juice
- 1 kiwi
- 2 tablespoons pistachios
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons cranberries sweetened with juice
Instructies
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces.
- Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers.
- Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- Pureefinely the mango, paprika, orange and lemon juice.
- Put the smoothie in 2 bowls.
- For the topping, peel, halve and slice the kiwi.
- Chop the pistachios.
- Place the kiwi slices, pistachios, linseeds and cranberries decoratively on the smoothie bowls.
