  • 340 g mild pork sausage removed from casings
  • 1 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rubbed sage
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ tbsp water

Instructies

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pork sausage, sage, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  • Form the mixture into eight sausage links.
  • Pour the water into the bottom of the air fryer to prevent smoking.
  • Place the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve warm.
