- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 thinly sliced red tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 basil leaves
- Olive oi
Instructies
- Preheat your panini maker.
- On 4 slices of bread, place the cheese pieces.
- Top with the tomatoes, then season with pepper and salt.
- Distribute the basil leaves over the slices, then drizzle the oil over the ingredients.
- Cover the ingredients with the other slices of bread.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown.
