Marinated Flank Steak

Ingrediënten

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ pounds flank steak

Instructies

  • Prepare marinade by adding, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic into a bowl.
  • Season with ground black pepper.
  • In a shallow glass dish, add the steak and pour marinade over it, coating it entirely.
  • Cover, and refrigerate for 6 hours.
  • Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
  • Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
  • Lightly grease the grill grate.
  • Discard the marinade and place steaks on the grill.
  • Grill meat for 5 minutes per side.
