Mayonesa Picante
Spicy Mayonnaise Dip
This is a good dip to serve with cold seafood, such as shrimp or crab. It also goes well with Fried Squid or Appetizer Fish Balls. The mayonnaise can be made up to one day before serving.
Ingrediënten
Makes about 1 cup
- 3 ⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 jalapeño or serrano chile seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon drained finely chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructies
- In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for best texture.
Serve cold.
