Equipment

  • Large bowl, Aluminum foil, Smoker or grill, Meat thermometer

Ingrediënten

  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tbsp
  • Paprika 2 tbsp
  • Pork ribs 4 lbs
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Smoked paprika 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp

Instructies

  • Combine brown sugar, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, mustard powder, white pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture thoroughly onto the pork ribs.
  • Prepare your smoker or grill to a temperature of 225°F (107°C).
  • Place the ribs in the smoker or grill, bone-side down.
  • Smoke the ribs for 3-4 hours, or until tender and the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
