Mexican Grasshopper

Mexico’s wonderful creamy, coffee-flavored liqueur, known the world-over as Kahlua, is perfect in this sweet rich-tasting after-dinner drink. Mexican Grasshoppers are wonderfully satisfying and almost like liquid desserts. Sip slowly and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings

  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 2 ounces Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 2 ounces green crème de menthe
  • 2 ounces whipping cream

Instructies

  • Put ice in a blender.
  • Add the Kahlua, crème de menthe, and cream.
  • Blend until frothy and divide between 2 (4-ounce) stemmed cocktail glasses.
