Mexican Grasshopper
Mexico’s wonderful creamy, coffee-flavored liqueur, known the world-over as Kahlua, is perfect in this sweet rich-tasting after-dinner drink. Mexican Grasshoppers are wonderfully satisfying and almost like liquid desserts. Sip slowly and enjoy!

- ½ cup crushed ice
- 2 ounces Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 2 ounces green crème de menthe
- 2 ounces whipping cream
Instructies
- Put ice in a blender.
- Add the Kahlua, crème de menthe, and cream.
- Blend until frothy and divide between 2 (4-ounce) stemmed cocktail glasses.
