Mexican Sausage Turnovers

Mexican Sausage Turnovers

Empanadas de Chorizo
Spicy chorizo is an excellent filling for substantial savory empanadas. You can make chorizo from the recipe for Mexican Pork Sausage, or purchase a good-quality chorizo. Serve the turnovers warm with crisp-cut jicama, cucumber sticks, and icy cold beer.
