  • 28 grams cream cheese room temperature
  • 110 grams loose chorizo
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 340 grams pork sausage removed from casing

Instructies

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Form mixture into 16 balls (each approximately 3 cm in diameter).
