Spicy Chorizo Breakfast Bites
These spicy and cheesy chorizo breakfast bites are the perfect addition to your morning routine. Made with bold Mexican flavors and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, they’re a quick and tasty way to start your day.

- 1 ½ tablespoons canned green chiles including juice
- 28 grams cream cheese room temperature
- 110 grams loose chorizo
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 340 grams pork sausage removed from casing
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Form mixture into 16 balls (each approximately 3 cm in diameter).
- Place sausage balls in an ungreased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 75°C.
- Transfer to a large serving plate and serve warm.
