Mint-Infused Tender Filet Mignon

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon juiced
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced

- 2 pounds filet mignon
Instructies
- In a ceramic bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mint leaves, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the filet mignon to the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Roast the filet mignon in the Air Fryer for 18 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade and flipping a couple of times during cooking.
