  • 1 1 pound sweet potato

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Instructies

Step 1: Prep the Sweet Potato

  • Boil the whole sweet potato in its skin for 40 to 50 minutes, or until tender.
