Monterey Artichoke Panini

Ingrediënten

  • 4 slices multigrain bread
  • 4 thick slices of Monterey low-fat jack cheese
  • ½ cup rinsed drained, halved, and heart-shaped artichoke water-packed
  • ½ cup freshly picked baby spinach
  • 4 slices fresh and finely sliced tomato
  • 1 tbsps. softened butter

Instructies

  • Top two bread pieces with the cheese.
  • Layer both sides with ¼ cup of the artichokes, then ¼ cup spinach, 2 slices of tomato, then cover with the rest of the cheese.
  • Cover with the remaining slices of bread, then on their outer parts, apply butter.
  • Transfer to a panini maker, then cook for 4 minutes until the bread turns golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy.
