Morning Egg Cups
Bacon, cheese and eggs:the breakfast trifecta! Add a little cream, salt and pepper, and you have ameal that pleases almost everyone. Add diced onion and capsicum for a sweetcrunch.

- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ tablespoons thickened cream
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cooked sugar-free bacon slices diced
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, tickened cream, salt and pepper.
- Stir in bacon and Cheddar cheese.
- Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
- Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
- Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
- Serve warm.
