Morning Egg Cups

Bacon, cheese and eggs:the breakfast trifecta! Add a little cream, salt and pepper, and you have ameal that pleases almost everyone. Add diced onion and capsicum for a sweetcrunch.

Ingrediënten

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoons thickened cream
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cooked sugar-free bacon slices diced
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly grease six silicone muffin cups with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, tickened cream, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in bacon and Cheddar cheese.
  • Distribute egg mixture into prepared muffin cups.
  • Place three cups in air fryer basket and cook for 9 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked cups to a large serving plate and repeat cooking with remaining cups.
  • Serve warm.
